France: Paris Summer

Program Overview

IPAG School of Management in Paris is located at Saint-Germain-des-Prés.  The International Business & Management Program (IBMP) aims to enable students to acquire an in-depth knowledge of business and management in an international context through the study of the functional business areas.  Paris, the capital, heralds among the finest monuments in the world and offers its inhabitants an unending choice of cultural and sporting activities.  IPAG is situated in the traditional student part of the city, near the Sorbonne university.

English-speaking staff are there to support international students all through their period of study in both academic and social matters.  All courses are taught in English, except for the intensive French.

The academic program at IPAG is designed for students with a background or interest in business.  Students can take advantage of proximity to the industries in the region.

$4,987 CCIS members
$5,287 Non-CCIS members

Truman requires a $300 deposit, deducted from total amount due, upon acceptance to the program, but does not have an application fee.

Costs Included

Instructional costs, CCIS and sponsor fees, housing (shared room with breakfast included), health insurance, 4 week Paris travel pass

Costs Not Included

Estimated:  airfare ($1,500), meals, ($1,500), and personal and miscellaneous expenses ($2,000)

Student Life

Foreign students mingle with the local student population in and outside coursetime and will learn about the different approaches to business and life in France.  They will also meet other exchange students of many different nationalities.

Housing

Students are housed in a double room in a hotel arranged by the school.
